What kind of products do you offer?

We have a variety of products including: assistance cards, magnets, pins, patches, shirts, cardholders, scrunchies, and more!

What is the best way for me to find products for the condition I am looking for?
The easiest way to see our offers is to go to the search feature at the top of the home page. Enter in a keyword or term like "IBS" or "Endometriosis" and enter. It will then show you all our offering for those conditions. 

Where do you ship from?
Since we have such a variety of products available, our shipping location for your order may vary. The majority though will be shipped from Orlando, FL in the USA. Some print-on-demand items like t-shirts are likely to printed and shipped closer to your delivery address. 

Where do you ship to?

Our main carrier is the USPS. We ship to any address that is deemed deliverable within the USPS system. Occasionally there are shipping suspensions to specific countries that may limit what types of orders we are able to fulfill, if your country is listed on the current suspensions please reach out and email us at shop@cureup.org and we can let you know which products can be shipped at that time. Where is my order?

In order to provide a low-cost option, all of our card-only orders, magnets, and patches will ship in a standard white envelope with standard postage for first class mail. This shipping service does not have tracking ability unfortunately. Orders that include a cardholder, pin, or larger item like a shirt will have a tracking number made available to you. 

Transit times can vary based upon shipped method and location of delivery address. Below is a rough estimate of transit times that other customers have reported back to us from a few locations:

Orders shipped by envelope:

  • Within the continental US  --- 3 days to 3 weeks
  • Canada --- 2 to 4 weeks
  • United Kingdom --- 1 1/2 to 3 weeks
  • Ireland --- 2 to 4 weeks
  • New Zealand --- 3 to 6 weeks
  • Australia --- 4 to 8 weeks

Can I return my items?
Any cards, patches, magnets, pins, or cardholders can be returned within 60 days of the shipment date (90 days of shipment date for international orders due to the added transit time). We do not provide return shipping. Any made-to-order items cannot be returned.
